If you are seeing an error when you try to send out a mailer, you may have to choose a different Reonomy verifiable address. Reonomy will verify the recipient name and address in our system and suggest another address if needed.

If you encounter an error in sending your own designed letter via file upload, refer to the error message and update your file accordingly, for example, update your file to 2 pages or less or update your file dimensions to portrait oriented PDF (8.5"x11").

If you are noticing that your mail has not sent on the Mailer status page, try resending or selecting a new address to send your mail to. You also may be encountering an issue with embedding the fonts in your file. You will be able to send the mailer, but will see in the "status" column of your mailer page that it wasn't able to be delivered. You will have to embed your fonts properly (or use a standard font) and then re-send your letter.
