To add or remove a subscription seat, contact your company's Reonomy account administrator who will be able to add or remove users through their Account Settings. Account Settings can be accessed by clicking on your initials in the bottom left-hand corner of your account and selecting Account. From there, click on the Seat Management tab and add the email address of the people that you’d like to be linked to an account, as well as the subscription “License” of the user.
To remove a user, click on the x and follow the same steps to add a user. For further assistance, contact your Account Manager or email us at support@reonomy.com.
