Reonomy’s data is derived from private and public data partnerships. We rely on each county's Land Records Division to supply most transactional and sales data. If you know a property has transacted but it isn’t in Reonomy yet, there is a chance it hasn’t been digitized and recorded in that specific county’s database. You may not see the sales price on a property because it might be in a Non-Disclosure state, which does not require parties to record sales prices when registering the transaction in county records.
