To find sales comps, click on the individual property you’re interested in, then click on the icon with the two buildings connected by an arrow at the top of the property card. This will open a new page with comparable properties to the initial property you were looking at. You can edit the criteria the comps are based off of by clicking into the search bar and adding or adjusting criteria. You can then click on the individual properties to get more detailed information on each of them.

For properties such as vacant land, where there is often not enough information to generate a list of sales comps, you can generate your own comps by creating a new search with criteria that are similar to the subject property and choosing a range of sales dates. Some criteria to consider might include the lot area, acreage, asset type, and recent sales transactions.
