You can search for mortgages using the search filters under Debt tab. You can search by the mortgage amount, lender, date of loan origination, and/or by the maturity date, as well as pre-foreclosure information. Due to data availability, our platform has more origination dates listed on properties than maturity dates. 

*If you are not seeing as many search results when searching for properties with mortgages using the maturity date filter, try searching by the origination date. Searching by origination date, based on the term of the loan that you are interested in, will help you find properties with notes coming due soon.
