Under the Distressed tab, use our filters, like Auction Date and Pre-foreclosure Category, to search specifically for properties that match your preferred criteria. We provide information on distressed properties at various stages of pre-foreclosure, such as ones with final judgement of foreclosure, in lis pendens or with notice of defaults. You can also search properties that already have an auction date that has been set. 

Additionally, you can click into each individual property card and click the Pre-foreclosure field in the header to view the slide out with the associated records.
