Reonomy for Business allows you to share labels and notes with your team. 

You can create labels for your team to include and share prospective properties or keep them private to yourself.

Each time you add a note to a property you can choose to keep the note private to you or share with the entire team. Your team members can also receive a notification when you have added a note on a property or saved a property.
