In shaping our product roadmap, the team spends a considerable amount of time listening to our clients to ensure that what we’re building aligns with the market. As a result, what was previously termed Tenant data is now Occupant data.
What is Occupant data?
Previously referred to as Tenant data, Occupant data refers to the business currently occupying the space and may include associated NAICS and SIC codes, number of employees, year started, and a hyperlink to the company website.
Why Occupant data and not Tenant Data?
To certain groups, Tenant data may imply access to rent data, concessions, rent, rolls, stacking plans, and historical tenant data, which Reonomy does not provide.
