The search pivot is a feature that allows users to execute a search for properties and then pivot the search results to access a list of owners. Once a search is applied, two tabs will appear beneath the search bar, including Properties and Owners.
When selecting the Owner view, the list of owners will be sorted by the number of properties in their respective portfolios that match your search criteria (shown under the properties in search column).
Additional owner insights are available within the Owner search results, including:
total properties within a given owner's portfolio
portfolio assessed value
last acquisition date
owner location
breakdown of property types within the portfolio
contact information
